Having never witnessed the aurora before I thought my best local opportunity for viewing would be up at Tahoe. Not knowing if the predictions would be accurate I went to a spot where i could get some Milky Way shots if i saw no aurora. As everyone knows by now, the show was so incredibly vibrant! I am so thrilled to have witnessed this and got a photo of the aurora dancing over this boat.
