Copyright & Image Use

All images displayed on this website are the property of Rick Pott and are protected by copyright laws. Artwork may not be downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission.

Purchasing a print does not grant rights for reproduction or commercial use of the image.

Prints & Orders

All prints are produced to order and are intended for personal display only. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

While every effort is made to accurately represent each image, colors and brightness may vary slightly depending on screen settings and display devices.

Production & Shipping

Prints are custom produced and typically ship within approximately 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping times may vary based on print type, size, and destination.

Returns & Order Issues

Because all artwork is produced to order, all sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an item arrives damaged during shipment or if a production error results in a print that does not accurately match the original order. If an issue occurs, please contact me within 7 days of deliverywith photos of the problem so I can assist promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Rick Pott Photography is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or events outside of reasonable control. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.

This website is provided for personal and informational use. Any misuse of content, attempts to interfere with site functionality, or unauthorized use of images is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
